TBK Bank – Midwest Headquarters
TBK Bank decided to set up their Midwest headquarters in a new building in downtown Bettendorf, IA on Grant St. This project was a buildout of 36,000 sqft spanning three floors with private offices, conference rooms, open office workstations, and a large breakroom. The project’s unique design included state of the art light and lighting controls which give the space a very modern feel.
